I believe you are the boat that won the Red Grant in 2009. I am the niece of Red Grant and if you would like to know more about Red I'd be happy to post.

keel fairingWell, the first steps towards fairing the keel were taken yesterday by Steve and Lou. We have the templates, and they did all the measuring and marking up of the keel. There is a LOT of work to do. Steve is mapping out a game plan which he will have by end of the day Tuesday (or else).
Although it will definitely require crew assistance, it will not be an all hands at the same time job. Therefore, we need to know which days over the next three weekends you can help. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE send me an email indicating which of the following days (April 17, 18, 24, 25, 31 and/or May 1) you are available and how many hours you can help on each of those days. We will then put together a schedule, so that Steve has the optimal amount of help and so nobody ends up coming down needlessly. Looking forward to seeing everybody on May 5th.
If you haven't done so already, please go to bluemeanie.net and let us know your availability for all the May races (June, too, if you know your schedule - especially the OD regatta in Westport first weekend of June).
Please email me at donna.webber@chase.com.
THANKS!!

Work Weekend No. 1In case anybody didn't see the email from his Blueness, first day of bottom work is Saturday, April 10 at noon. Forecast is for mid to high 60s, so dress accordingly. And Neil, we know the whole moving thing is just a ruse - you already admitted you'll be watching the Masters. Steve has other commitments on Sunday, so Saturday is the only work day this weekend.

Message from JeffMessage: Hey Meanies,
As you know, I have been sidelined with a torn ligament in my right thumb, but should get the green light from the doctor to sail starting July 1. I look forward to seeing everyone then!
